I could have easily titled this post, "The Tale of The Two Aprils" because that's what it was...half the days of the month continued to reflect late-winter, while the other half embraced spring and even summer. This dichotomy was reflected in my eating adventures...some made inside to warm up, others enjoyed outside to celebrate and relax.
